Triton Systems is seeking a technical recruiter to partner with our Engineering business leaders and Human Resources to attract top talent to meet our business goals. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Engage with key stakeholders as a business partner to align recruitment strategies with hiring needs.
  • Develop sourcing strategy (utilize internet sources, networking, target companies) to include hosting discussions with hiring managers to develop a pipeline of qualified and diverse candidates.
  • Adhere to compliance requirements.
  • Use data, metrics, and market data to drive discussions with the business and influence change to bring in the best talent.
  • Collaborate with teammates and share best practices.
  • May coordinate phone screens and in-person interviews with the HR team and interviewers.
  • May negotiate compensation with candidates on behalf of hiring managers.
  • Some local travel will be required to meet with university placement offices, attend job fairs, etc.

 

Education/Experience:

 

  • 2-4 years minimum technical recruiting (Engineering, Scientific, and R&D personnel) experience.
  • Experience with government compliance requirements a plus.
  • Technical background desired.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Ability to source candidates through a variety of channels.
  • Experience recruiting Technical, Engineering, Operations or Manufacturing environment.
  • Analytic skills; able to interpret and report out on data.
